Questions

Which countries have GPU cloud providers?

12 countries have at least one provider headquartered there that we price today: United States (28), United Kingdom (4), India (4), France (3), Germany (2), Canada (1), China (1), Netherlands (1), Finland (1), Italy (1), Brazil (1), United Arab Emirates (1). The United States has by far the most; the next tier is the UK, India, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Which countries have GPUs physically located in them?

39 countries have machines whose host reports a location there — mostly marketplace hosts on Vast.ai, plus hyperscaler regions. Top by listing count: United States (246), United Kingdom (4), India (2), France (6), Germany (4), Canada (24), China (9), Netherlands (4). That is the list that matters for latency and data residency.

Where is an H100 cheapest?

By provider headquarters or hosted hardware on 2026-09-18: Brazil $1.68, China $1.80, United States $1.99, Italy $2.17, Canada $2.45. But every provider sells worldwide, so the cheapest H100 for a buyer anywhere is the cheapest listing in the index, wherever it is.

Why does a country page exist for a country with no providers?

Because the market is global and the currency is not. Every provider we track will rent to a customer in any of these countries; what changes is the currency you think in, the tax, and how far the hardware is. Each page prices the whole index in the local currency at the rate captured with the snapshot, shows any machines physically in the country, and lists the nearest providers by continent.

How are the local currency figures produced?

Providers publish in dollars, a few in euros. Each collector run captures exchange rates for 165 currencies from a public ECB-derived source (2026-09-18) and stores them with the snapshot, so every page converts at one rate and never calls an exchange-rate service on render. Tax is never included.
