Questions

Is Oracle Cloud or Runcrate cheaper?

On the 8 GPUs both price on 2026-09-18, Oracle Cloud is cheaper on 0 and Runcrate on 8. On average Runcrate is 50% cheaper than Oracle Cloud across those GPUs. The table shows each one; the gap is rarely uniform.

What does one have that the other does not?

Oracle Cloud alone prices B300, B200, MI355X, MI300X; Runcrate alone prices V100 32GB, RTX A5000, RTX 6000 Ada, L4, L40, RTX A4000, RTX 4090, RTX A6000. They are different kinds of provider — Oracle Cloud is a hyperscaler, Runcrate a neocloud — which is most of why the prices differ.

Where do these prices come from?

Oracle Cloud: OCI's public price-list API (the cost estimator's feed), pay-as-you-go, per GPU-hour as listed. One price worldwide. Runcrate: Public pricing page, parsed. Per-GPU price is the listed per-GPU rate, or the node price divided by GPU count. Prices near reserved, committed or contract terms are discarded; anything outside a plausible range for the GPU is discarded. Both are read every six hours; nothing is estimated.
